Hey Kevin!
Thanks for the inspiring talk yesterday! I cleaned out
our cabinets and most of the junk food is gone...we have an
emergency stash just in case. :) So it's been one day without
chocolate and I'm doing okay. I've been eating fruit instead
and I keep repeating my goals to myself and telling myself
how much better I will feel without it. And I just finished
my first set of exercises! I was surprised at how much they
worked out my muscles in the short time I did them (I tried
Annmarie's favorite). I'm impressed! And the Standing Reaches
REALLY worked my legs. Because they weren't too difficult
and it didn't take too long, it encourages me to do a couple
more exercises and I love the fact that we have a points goal
to meet everyday... I LOVE the program so far. Thanks for
everything and I will keep you updated on how things are going!

Dear Kevin and Annmarie,
I have been doing your program for two weeks now and love
it. In the beginning I was all about the exercises and loosing
weight but had a hard time staying motivated. After speaking
to both of you, you help me realize the importance of goal
setting. Now with real goals based on being a healthier and
happier mother and wife (not just a skinner one); I am motivated
to do the whole program on a daily basis. My kids say I smile
more and my husband does not remember the last time I had
this much energy and motivation. Thanks for helping me get

I really enjoyed the program. I thought the writing was
inspirational and the whole concept of breaking exercise activities
down into the point system kept me on track a lot better than
other methods I have used.
I thought the Goal Setting section was very well written,
I particularly liked getting very specific about the goals
and making sure I had identified the "purpose for achieving"
- it gave each goal an emotional component.
Thanks Kevin, it's been great and I am glad to have your
system as part of my repertoire. I am making progress on my
goals.

Kevin,
This (program) was very straightforward and easy to understand/follow.
I liked the point system, because using minutes intimidates
me, and I would never exercise. But if I think of it in terms
of exercises or points, it's a lot easier to digest and to
stick with the program.
