What to Expect When You Call

First of all, you should expect to hear a friendly and caring voice at the other end of the line.  If you don’t, hang up,  ‘cause you definitely dialed the wrong number! 

Kidding aside, when you call us, we will talk about what your specific needs are and how we can help you reach the goals you’d like to accomplish.

You can expect the first phone conversation to be anywhere from 15-45 minutes depending on how much information you are willing to share and how much information you need from us.

We will go over each one of our programs and decide if one of them fits your needs.  When we’ve decided which one works for you, we then will set up a time where either Annmarie or I will come out and meet with you for a 90 minute fitness consultation.

NOTE: We do not work with just anyone.  During our phone conversation, we will ask you a few questions to make sure that you are a good fit for us as well.  Sometimes special needs, budget and other factors will lead us to refer you to a more suitable professional.  If we feel that we cannot help you, we know a wide range of fitness professionals that we can refer you to.

What to Expect at Our First Meeting

Our initial 90-minute consultation is the first step to being in great shape.  During this meeting we will ask you questions about your medical history, your goals, your diet, your lifestyle and anything else that is important to your fitness success.  We will also test your strength and flexibility to see where you need improvement.

We also want you to wear comfortable clothes, because we will start you on a workout schedule right away!  Through our conversations, we’ll already have a good idea of what you can handle.  So we’ll put together your first workout right on the spot!

At the end of the session, we’ll talk about which program you’d like to sign up for and discuss payment plans.  We offer a 10% discount to anyone who signs up for more than 8 sessions.

This 90-minute consultation is a free session and there is no obligation to sign up for any of our programs. 

What to Expect During All Our Sessions

Besides professionalism, an ear tuned to your progress and a bunch of personality, each session will include a workout that builds upon your previous routine and a consultation on a particular topic that is relevant to your progress.  We want to make sure you are always moving forward and gaining strength, energy and, of course, happy with our service!
