Be wary of the goal "To Look Better." Appearance goals don't give you tangible results every day. You'll can't look in the mirror after 2 days of hard workouts and say, "Wow, I look great!" It takes longer than that.

So when you want to improve your appearance, make sure you can find something measurable that will help you along everyday. Instead of looking at how your appearance has changed, judge your success by the amount of energy you've gained.

personal trainer in ctKevin Gianni (Co-Owner) is the Busy Person's Fitness expert. His experience is with exercise and lifestyle management for hardworking people just like you! He speaks at seminars, private events and conferences about exercise, nutrition, stress relief and goal setting. He has done holistic program and modalities research for WCSU under Dr. Jeanette Tedesco. He has co-authored a complete exercise and goal setting book called the "Busy Person's Exercise Solution". Kevin has been quoted in the press and is an avid runner. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with the NCSF.

Annmarie Colameo (Co-Owner) has spent the last 4 years as an ATC working with Division 1 athletes, High School Athletes, and physical therapy rehabilitation patients. She has a degree in athletic training from Eastern Carolina University. She is a certified Massage Therapist.

scott coldwell personal trainer connecticutScott Coldwell (Super-trainer!) has a B.S in Psychology, is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a Cardio-pulmonary Health and Wellness Specialist and he is a Licensed Massage Therapist with his own business. With over 20 years in the industry, Scott has created and seen to fruition a large variety of health and wellness programs.

Reason for Getting into the Field of Fitness: I have had several health issues myself over the years, everything from Asthma to broken bones. It never ceases to amaze me what the human body and spirit can over come. I enjoy helping people tap into that.

What Motivates You to Exercise and Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle? Seeing time march on and trying not to let it march over you! Feeling great is just one of the benefits!

Although she holds her degree in horticulture, her passion is fitness and helping others experience the positive effects of exercise and good health. She is the mother of a 15 year old and is a long-time resident of Fairfield County Connecticut.
