Our morning group workout class meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Huntington State Park in Redding, CT. Our classes are a unique mix of yoga, pilates and bodyweight exercises that will energize you for the rest of the day!

This morning, I was driving over to a friend's house to pick up a bookshelf and a few standing lamps for our condo when I drove past two runners who looked to be at the end of a long training run. I could tell because all distance runners get the same look of determination on their faces after running a certain distance--eyes straight ahead on the road, faces flushed, mouths slightly open.

I turned around after I passed and pulled up next to them.

"You guys look like you're on a long run!" I said out the window.

"Yep." They said in unison.

So, I told them I was a runner too and was looking for some more people to train with. Sometimes the sport can get lonely and you need the help of other runners just to give you an extra "go get 'em."

They were excited and I followed them in my car, alas slowly, to their condo to exchange phone numbers.

I drove off happy that I will be able to call on two more people who are sharing a life of great physical and mental health and fitness.

This encounter made me think about how we could help you achieve your goals on a regular basis. And because of it, we've come up with a morning workout class.

We are now offering a morning group workout at Huntington State Park from 7:00-8:00 AM on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays (Weather permitting).

This ongoing program starts in September and should run until early or mid-November, so send us a line if you are interested and we'll get you on board. You are also welcome to just show up!

For just $10.00 a session you will get to workout with us, learn our secrets and get into great shape all at the same time.

We will teach you exercises you can do at home that need no equipment so you can save time and money while still getting the same serious results. Our sessions include yoga poses, pilates exercises and bodyweight calisthenics.

The class is suited for people of all ages and different experiences with exercise, so no one will feel out of place!

This morning class is available for anyone in our Connecticut local area (Bethel, Danbury, Brookfield, Redding, Wilton, Easton, Newtown, New Milford, Weston, Monroe)... even further if you want to drive to meet us!

This is a great program for someone who works out before work and needs the support of a group to get into phenomenal shape.

Here are some of the things you will get from joining us:

-You will learn all about our "Lifestyle Fitness" Point System and how it will work for you.

-Each workout will be supervised so you can learn the proper form to do all these exercises.

-A group of like-minded people who will support you and your fitness goals.

-Fitness tips and advice from us as we take you through your workouts.
