Leg Exercises: Wide Squat

This is another variation of the Squat.  Wide Squats are great for your inner thighs as well as your entire lower body.  Keep you arms out to give you arms a mini workout as well.

  1. Start with your feet wider than shoulder width.
  2. Keeping your arms out in front of you, squat down until your thighs are parallel with the floor.  Make sure your knees do not go over your toes.
  3. Return to start.
  4. Repeat.
