Side Leg Lifts help with your stabilizing muscles and your butt.  If you want a variation of the description below, you can spin your suspended leg clockwise or counterclockwise instead of just lifting.

  1. Lie sideways on the ground, with your elbow and forearm supporting your upper body.
  2. Bring your upper leg up into the air as far as you can.
  3. Bring it down, making sure it does not touch the other leg.
  4. Repeat this motion.
  5. Breathe naturally.
