Half Jumping Jack
Everyone knows the Jumping Jack! Well guess what? It’s a great exercise for your cardiovascular system and, for some reason or another, the last time we did a few was in middle school gym class. If you want to really turn up your workouts, do Jumping Jacks between sets instead of just resting! (You can also do half jumping jacks to strengthen your arms and legs. All you have to do is only bring your arms up and legs out half way, instead of all the way.)
- Stand up straight feet touching at the ankles.
- Jump up, simultaneously spreading your legs and touching your hands over your head.
- Jump again and return to the starting position.
- Each time your hands touch equals one repetition.
- Keep going!
