Stretches: Hamstring Stretch

The Hamstring Stretch is exactly what it is!  This is one of our stretch exercises that we encourage you do for the start or finish of your workout… or, of course, anytime during the day to rack up some points.

  1. Stand with legs a little more than shoulder width apart.
  2. Bend at the waist and try to touch the ground.  If you can’t touch the ground don’t worry, only go as far as you are comfortable.
  3. You CAN bend your knees!
  4. Breathe naturally and hold.
