Upper Body Exercises: Dips
  
You can do dips anywhere there is a place to put your palms! Desk, countertop, chair (without wheels), window sill, bookshelf, etc. You can even do them on the floor if you want to modify the exercise or there is nothing in sight! These work your triceps, shoulders and chest.
- Place your palms behind you on your desk, chair…
- Lower your body until your triceps are parallel to the floor.
- Return to the start. Make sure you don’t use your legs to stand up, use your arms.
- Repeat.
