Lower Body Exercises: Chair Stand

The Chair Stand is made for the Office!  These work your lower body.  Do these between phone calls, as a break from the computer, etc. anytime you need a burst of energy, Chair Stands will supply it.

  1. Stand with your chair (without wheels!) behind you.
  2. Bending at the knees, sit down. 
  3. Inhale as you sit.
  4. Once you have made contact with the chair, stand up.  Exhale up.
  5. Repeat.
